Advancement to a VIP tier depends on activity and participation on the platform. bg338 reserves the right to determine and change VIP tier status.

5.3 General Rules for Other Bonuses

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.2 Account Closure by User
